Before starting HomeGlow Plumbing & Gas Services Ltd, I completed an extensive four-year apprenticeship and worked for two of the largest organisations in the industry; TRANSCO (now National Grid) and British Gas.

With the knowledge and expertise gained and a desire to give customers a friendly and personal experience, HomeGlow Plumbing & Gas Services Ltd was founded. Andy came gave my boiler its yearly service. Andy had advice where needed, checked all areas and for a great price.all of this done with social distancing measures in place.
The key piece for me is having someone who you can trust and Andy is definitely that.
Andy has done work for my parents over the years and made sure sure there systems have been safe, even when others had done the work. He always goes beyond to help

Made time to come first thing in the morning to look at a boiler that had stopped working and within an hour had found the issue, installed a replacement part and got it back running perfectly. Will definitely look to use again in the future

Called Andy out for a boiler service, while servicing the boiler, I advised Andy that our hot water wasn't always coming through, he found the fault quickly.
Once the fault was found, andy went to collect the part needed, and with an hour from arrival he was on his merry way

Andy is great at what he's doing. He helped us with our radiator and toilet which has been long standing problems. Our toilet was a quite awkward project, and Andy sorted it out with efficiency and inginuity. We highly recommend him to anyone.
