Took a gamble with them and did not pay off. Many factors including weather came into play yet the follow through with the team did not meet our expectations. Had to call and complain. Ran two large shows and had them shopped more than once. Staff did an "OK" job as another did better. Overall I lost money on both shows. Not even a follow up by the team to thank me for dropping almost 10K with them. Deff. won't be back. Our rep quit during the middle of our gig which did not install a lot of faith. Simply did not hit the mark with us.
