Having been searching for a property for around 6 months (constant applying and phoning only to not get anywhere) we came across a property let by Webbs. We explained how we don’t currently work due to my disabled son who requires a lot of care and how we have been struggling to find a new home because of it. They took our story on board and pleaded our case to the first landlord. Sadly he decided to go with someone else but the team at Webbs were determined to find us a property. Webbs have been brilliant from start to finish, Jamie Morris is who I spoke to initially,he was very professional and explained everything to me, he also answered and helped me with any queries I had.

My house was put up for sale by my ex and his mother. My ex mother’s best friend put my house on the market who is sale manager at Webb’s. I was not informed my house was going on sale. I was informed or asked how much my house was going market for. The first week I was not informed by Webb’s any buyers that was going in to my house or any feed back. I was not emailed a sale letter off house when went on the market only when council asked for it to rehouse me.
