This specialised service distinguishes itself from any other available by the use of experienced and qualified property staff including IRPM Property Managers and people from all facets of the industry in conjunction with customer service experts.In 2020, adiuvo is responsible for approximately 600,000 properties out of hours and our 2019 statistics show we handled over 425,000 calls.

Our core business, where all out of hours calls are triaged and actioned as appropriate including instructing, managing and with agreement, providing contractors. Inerro (Latin for walk-around) is a 3D virtual tour of the exterior and communal parts of your sites, providing immediate remote knowledge for support staff or those dealing with an unfamiliar building. Virtual minor works quotations as a PM can live chat face to face with multiple contractors whilst inside the tour allowing desktop quotations further limiting onsite traffic.
As much as we believe in our values we equally believe in technology to improve our service and the experience of our clients and their residents. Our MD has spoken at various industry events in the UK and New York as we became the first property company to utilise full live AI call answering and data capture of incoming calls which not only take the calls but transcribes and understands the full conversation.

I have been using Adiuvo to provide our out of hours emergency service for our tenants and landlords for years without a hitch.
Professional and extremely experienced staff field calls and appoint contractors when needed but on many occasions they have solved the problem by talking through a fault diagnosis and simple repair with the tenants over the phone therefore preventing the expense of an emergency call out.
