Our warehouse works 24/7 so as soon as your order is placed we will get on with picking and packing it for you. This does however mean that once an order is placed you can't cancel it, but don't worry as we offer a free returns service if you do need to return your items after ordering.
We use DPD as our courier so once it's on it's way to you you'll receive a text message confirming your estimated delivery date, you will also have the option to amend your delivery date, time and even location at this point.Standard delivery normally takes up to 3 working days, but please allow a little longer during busy periods and holidays.

Ordered some Laura Ashley wallpaper on a discount so good value for money as it was still full price on other websites! I needed to contact them as I needed another roll, response time by email was good and the delivery of wallpaper only took a couple of days. Overall happy, just hope it looks good once up on the wall! Will use wallpaper it again if needed and will recommend.

I was desperate to decorate but because of Furlough are a bit short of funds. I came across the sale section and was pleased to find some lovely wallpaper. Looking at the reviews I was a bit concerned but… ordered the paper anyway. I paid for express delivery but it came next day so I was as pleased as punch. We've hung it today and are pleasantly surprised by the quality. Great service and great paper. Very happy.

Will never order from you again.Ordered a spiderman mural and sent me tinkerbell! And its now sold out😡 Have tried to contact through email and all social media and nobody has got back to me. Had to explain to my little boy who has autism why he now cant have spiderman on his wall. Thanks for nothing!! I want my money back asap!

Unfortunately had nothing but trouble since ordering. my first order came out wrong and I was delivered somebody else's paper, then my paper was out of stock, recorded in a different colour. Order turned up & 2… rolls were miss printed again had to phone up and complain then they only send me 1 replacement instead of 2. Been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I'll never buy wallpaper online again or from the company unfortunately. Luckily my wallpaper is absolutely gorgeous but still awaiting my other roll😒
