I am very pissed at RouteNote. In February my tracks were removed from sale and now they are keeping my money. This is a fraud. They initiated some kind of investigation, which has been going on for 9 months. I have already written to them several times in support. The details of the investigation are not disclosed to me. They don't tell me the… reason, they don't tell me which track caused doubts. I am still trying to reach them. I sent my sources to them, I sent proof that I own the music tracks. I sent them links to my channel. All their answers are standard, the essence of which is that

I have worked with them for several months, I hired them to protect my copyrighted work, Several months later they invented an "investigation" into my account so they could free the payments of the money they owe me, Its been 3 months since then and the investigation did not conclude.
If you're in need of a music distribution service I highly recommend to AVOID routenote at all costs, I'm not the only one who had been scammed by them and I'm currently looking for a solicitor in the UK to sue them.

This place is great. They have digitally distributed my music to all the major places for no upfront cost and they are only taking a small amount of the royalties. This is a service that I have payed a good amount for in the past from other places that end up taking even more of the royalties. The staff has been very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for digital distribution.
