We are a family run business that started in 1986 fitting Towbars, Car Alarms and Sun Roofs. Today we're still fitting Towbars but not much call for the others these days, we now offer trailer servicing and repairs instead. Losing the will to live with this lot.. ordered a towbar about 4 months back.. come incomplete after taking 4 weeks to arrive.. tried numerous emails to no avail, messages on website with no return, voice mails with no returns and phone calls which i spoke 3 times to somebody.. i was told 2ce the part would be sent out or recieve a new tow bar.. 3months later and back in full circle with still no completed tow bar no return on emails, calls and voicemails.. well over £100 down with no towbar and a number of opportunities to buy a caravan missed...

If i could give 0 stars i would! Avoid this company at all costs.
Never picks the phone up, if you wanting a refund forget it! Waited 3 weeks for a refund for them to not even refund me the total cost, was down £50! Always say they will ring back, never do! Hardest company ever to get in touch with and then they have the cheek to write on their website that goods need to be returned within 7 days when they never answer to arrange returns!!! They will never get my service again, i feel robbed.

Terrible, terrible. Ordered a couple of small items online- about £40 including postage. The tracking number never worked- told them about this, and i never recieved the items. So far ive sent nine emails over four weeks and got one reply- that was ten days ago, saying they would look into in and get back to me. I have heard nothing since. Very very poor.

Take payment for a product that they do not deliver. do not follow up on items out of stock with customers(even though they have taken payment). Customer service staff act as if the customer is in the wrong for wanting the product/inquiring where it is?! no sign of refund. no contact details of accounts dept given to follow up. have my case submitted to ombudsman. and fraudulent payment lodged with bank.

Would think twice about giving these people business. I phoned last week about a part I was waiting for the gentleman said it had been dispatched and would be delivered wednesday or thursday. next week no sign so I rang again several times as there was no answer. Eventually got a hold of a gentleman who proceeded to tell me the order was on hold because they could not get part. very disappointed
