Bit of an odd review this as haven't actually used FBO, but this is only because of locations. What I can say though, is that John from FBO has been BEYOND helpful in trying to help us find a specific car we want for our wedding. Because of the location FBO engaged their other contacts to try and find someone more local to us, despite the fact that may mean no business for them!

My mother booked FBO Chauffeurs for my husband and myself at the end of our wedding to take us to our honeymoon hotel. She was very impressed with the service. Everything was set out clearly, including details of the car and the price, and emails were dealt with quickly and helpfully.
