Just had parcel picked up .courier was asked to sign and print name on form supplied by EDS for tracking and insurance. he simply wrote ed and signed EDS ! no name or real signature was very unhappy man .despite it being clearly marked with Fragile on box in huge red and white he threw pascal into back off van a though it was an old brick! not ideal for sensitive electronic device ! just hope it survives ordeal will ask any other purchases for us to use different courier! or will be at own risk! not impressed at all.

Don't think you can just "pop" in and collect your parcel because they are either not setup for it or just generally don't care 1st of all you have to press a intercom to get in the gate which can take anywhere between 10 mins and one dog year then after one of the lazy people have looked on the camera seen you and let you in they leave you in reception for another 10+mins shocking service

Appalling service, lied too on numerous occasions and no care for the impact. Don't expect an email to be read before 9am as they don't look at them. Want to speak to someone, expect to be on hold for hours. Want a call back? Forget about it. And lastly if they tell you to expect the driver locally to deliver at a time, add about 4 hours to that because they can't get that right either. SHOCKING. AVOID. TERRIBLE

USELESS, WAITED IN ALL DAY RANG AT 5PM TO BE TOLD THEY HAD ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AT 8.35 AM, TOTAL LIES THEY HADNT BOTHERED WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE TO RECEIVE THE PAREL WOULD BE IF I COLLECTED IT SO HAD TO MAKE A 50 MILE ROUND TRIP TO COLLECT IT FROM THEIR DEPOT, DIGUSTING SHOULD NOT BE DOING THE JOB

Parcel delivered to wrong road, and note left on tracking page that I was out and had been left with a neighbour two doors away. Took three phone calls and a visit to four of my neighbours to discover that this delivery driver had been to an address a mile away from mine.
No apology when they finally rectified their mistake, very unhappy with their level of customer service, and delivery driver just smirked when he turned up at my property. I would have accepted a simple apology as we all make mistakes, but even that was too much trouble for them.
