MMA Lighting Consultancy Ltd is a specialist lighting design consultancy originally formed by Mark Chandler and Massimo D'Angelo. The company principally carries out lighting design work, within the UK and Ireland, for a wide variety of clients who require a lighting designer / consultant to deal with the lighting requirements associated with their project.
The company has the experience and knowledge to be able to produce lighting designs solutions that meet the appropriate relevant adoptable lighting standards. Alternatively specific lighting design solutions can be produced for private areas that are not going to be adopted by the local council (Private Cable networks are normally designed for this type of work too).

MMA Lighting Consultancy Limited is an independent street lighting consultancy specialising in all aspects of exterior lighting design and street lighting services (throughout UK and Ireland). The company was formed in 2005 and employs experienced street lighting designers and engineers which specialise in all aspects of exterior lighting design.
Working with Berkeley Homes we carried out on site adoptable section 38 lighting designs for a proposed development in Wokingham which was to be adopted and approved by Wokingham Borough Council. The lighting designs met the current Wokingham Borough Council street lighting developer lighting design specification, including lighting levels in accordance with BS 5489: 2013.
Our lighting case studies demonstrate the range of different street lighting projects we get involved in. The projects vary from adoptable street lighting designs (Section 38 and 278's), car park lighting, major trunk roads to planning discharge and ecologically sensitive lighting projects.
Working for Bracknell Forest Council we undertook a detailed Section 278 and private car park lighting design for the approval of Bracknell Forest Council and Network Rail.Working with a long standing client, we undertook the detailed Section 278 lighting design of a scheme at Eastcott Road in Swindon for the redevelopment of the former Bus Depot.
