This contractor was unreliable, careless, slow, displayed mostly poor quality workmanship and cost us twice the money it should have for alternative accommodation while the works dragged on way beyond the contracted term by almost 10 months so far.
Most of the individual jobs as part of this refurb were redone at least once, some still unfinished.
Throughout, didn't turn up for work without notice, not responding to phone calls, messages or emails.
The Warranty is meaningless as the contractor doesn't respond to any form of contact.
The garden door, windows or both were left open regularly
