After a chance meeting at a small nursery in Cheam, Surrey in 1946 my father was asked by the secretary of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon if he was interested in supplying the Club with their floral displays. From that chance meeting, started our long association with Wimbledon Tennis Club.

From supplying just a few geraniums in 1946 to today, where there are over 47,000 plants used to make sure each year Wimbledon looks like 'Tennis in an English Country Garden'. This is on top of maintaining the extensive landscaped gardens spread over the 44 acres. An extremely prestigious job.

Along with my father I've treated and maintained the gardens and grounds at the All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon for 60 years.

Expertise Report

As you probably know there are other companies in the West Sussex and Surrey area who offer similar services, but we are not all the same! As described in the 'about us' section, for 60 years I, along with my Father had the privilege of dressing Wimbledon Tennis Club with all their flowers and overseeing the treatment and maintenance of their grounds.
