Just had another pair of boots re-heeled yesterday. Put them on this morning and one rubber heel fallen off. The other is loose. They're not old tatty boots either!! This is the second pair of shoes/boots it's happened to. The pins used are not the right size - too small. Needed them this week!!!!! I'll be expecting a refund when I go back.

Took a pair of old (and favourite) boots here to get repaired after bring told by other places that they were unrepairable - but not here they did a remarkable job! Would highly recommend. Spot on.
