We came across a village house listed with Brockenhurst which was lovely but not for us. Matt the agent listened to our specific criteria and called us the next day to say a house had just come on the market & he felt would be the perfect home for us. We viewed it immediately and it pulled all the heart strings, we put in an offer which was accepted. Matt was very responsive to queries to ensure the process followed through as quick as possible. Clare Baden and her team at Brockenhurst Lugdershall were brilliant, through viewings, the negotiation and the whole completion process. Queries were always answered promptly and in full. When we picked up the keys we got a "Welcome box" of tasty treats, nice touch! I suspect that vendors receive the same 5 star treatment. Thanks Clare.

I booked an appointment to have a viewing today. They assured me on 3 calls that I would be the first person to view, as the tenants would not be out until end of last week. The earliest viewing was the 15.11.2021.

My comment is about the professionalism of the firm and in particular one agent. Adam at Brockenhurst showed us round a property that Brockenhurst were selling on the same afternoon as a competitor did the same at a different property. He hasn't been doing this very long but is a natural in his post. Asking the important questions, guiding the conversation without being pushy in any way.
