Just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Susie and the team for such a fantastic service. I met with them during lockdown for a review of my finances and they recommended that I start a ISA using a small bonus I received a few months beforehand. month on month I have seen this grow. The process of starting this was made simple and straightforward through Alex and I receive regular updates and they often check in on me to see how I am doing without any kind of sales pitch.
They are always available to answer my (usually obvious) questions and not once have I received anything other thank a smile

I had the pleasure of dealing with Susie and the team when transferring my pension from a well known company who had been nominated by a previous employer. Susie explained what it WAS doing and what it SHOULD be doing and made the transition very easy when I decided to move into the RJI fold.
I had no clue and Susie was patient and helpful along the process and I am happy knowing my money is in safe hands and is working harder for me and my future.

My wife and I are very impressed with the service we've had, and continue to receive, from the team at Raymond James.
We initially came to in to discuss money our daughters had in savings accounts which were making mere pence in interest. Everything was explained so clearly that even a complete financial numpty like myself could understand.
The whole process was very straightforward and we felt in such safe hands that we have now made the decision to invest a much larger sum from the sale of our house.
I knew that investing our money would yield better returns that just leaving it in the bank

Both my mother and I use Raymond James services and have been very impressed with their knowledge and their customer service. They always ensure they explain how funds are performing in a clear manner, ensuring we understand what is happening with out investments

My partner and I have been using Raymond James as our wealth managers for nearly two years now and they've always been fantastic to work with.
