As a Bishop in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I was given a responsibility to act and respond to a cry for mattresses for the recent flood victims in the Doncaster area. I e.mailed a number of mattress manufacturers and received a swift response from Snooze Sleep with a kind offer of help. The organisers of the Doncaster Relief effort indicated that they had 35 families sleeping on a concrete floor in a warehouse with only blankets for warmth.
