Provided a decent payroll service, not cheap, but it worked and was performed on time.
Had signed a 2-year contract and when I told them I was not renewing, they informed me that I had to give 6 months notice to cancel my contract or pay the monthly fees regardless. It was a 2 year contract with a start and end date, but in their mind it auto renewed in perpetuity regardless of the term we agreed to. The legality of this is questionable but it wasn't worth a fight.
They also dragged their feed handing over the payroll data to the new provider. Prior to this I would have recommended them but their
