Been using Davpack for over a year now and absolutely sick of it. Almost every time I place an order online I get an email stating there is an issue and I need to call to resolve it (I'm busy I don't always see these emails until the next day), only to find out they don't have stock of something or there'll be a 2 week delay on an item. On top of that, the fact I can't update my invoice address online is absurd.
It's 2021. For an Ecommerce website to not have stock levels or a connection to inventory and to also not allow for a client to update their address is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to

I've used Davpack for years but whenever they're OOS they send you an email and expect you to chase them over your order. I don't think this values the customer and when I raised this with the service team their reply was 'we get hundreds of orders a day and we're only a small customer service team'. The person on the phone didn't seem bothered at all. Lucky for you Davpack that you get hundreds of orders per day and unlucky for your customers that you can't be bothered. I'll be transferring my business somewhere else.

Davpack are so unprofessional, I had the worst experience with their customer service team. All I wanted to do was order products and I was back and forth with them for a month doing bank transfers and being told that I still owed them money. Instead of having a quick and easy experience at the check out like any other company, I wasted so much time to be told that I have to send a third transfer it was ridiculous. Sue from Customer service really needs to wise up if she wants to represent this company well. She was so rude and unhelpful.

Shocking customer service, paid for order, spoke to one person who said the order could leave that day, then spoke to Nicky. Nicky's customer service skills are zero, no apology because she lied that they had been dispatched, then she was insulted when I said her customer service skills were lacking, telling me that they were very good actually and she wasn't listening to me anymore and was terminating the call. We still haven't received our order, and who knows when this will be delivered.

Mixed reviews of this company. In general they deliver fairly quickly, however for a packaging company, they package their products terribly. Packs of flat pack boxes are loosely wrapped in a cardboard sheath/broken box with some tape on which often leads to a few units being damaged. We are a small business and luckily I saw the delivery arrive last time as it was left out in the drizzle, cardboard boxes....

Second time I’ve placed an order with this company, they really need staff who can pack the orders correctly. First item I have an item missing and never actually got a response from an email I sent. Second time I’ve sent a random item with my order with one of my purchases missing. It was a small order and I cannot understand how the mistake was… made. There need to be a process review to ensure errors are reduced, from the various feedback I can see a lot of customer seem to have experience the same or similar issues as me. This is disappointing as the quality of the items

I've used Davpack since the beginning of this year for my business (orders every 2-3 weeks), haven't had too many problems apart from the deliveries being quite bashed up sometimes.
This last order though took 17 days to come and was only dispatched due to me chasing it at that stage. I was advised a machine had broken but on chasing again after a couple of days nothing was mentioned about this just that they were very busy (?). I wrote a letter of complaint to the managing director who decided to let someone clearly not up to the job of negotiating settlements sort

I needed to return some gift boxes that were not fit for purpose - they would not stay together and looked shoddy. I was told to return at my cost, posted via Royal Mail Signed for. I have proof of delivery. … Davpack will not refund me for the goods as they claim not to have received them. They say the name on the Royal Mail Delivery confirmation is not someone who works there. I am very disappointed as I’m out of pocket and there’s nothing more I could have done. Their sales team representative was very rude and said wouldn’t discuss it with me as she just wanted to state

Placed my order for a pack of 50 boxes first thing Monday morning. The listing said all sizes available. Wednesday pm I received an email to say they didn't have them in stock but I could have the white version. I replied to say yes to the white version. By Friday my order had still not arrived and they would not be able to process until after the weekend. A wasted week and a massive delay to my being able to send my products out. No apology whatsoever. They couldn't care less.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Appalling on all levels. We ordered card board boxes as a mean to fulfill large volume orders we are encountering, with the promise of next day delviery. It took 4 days + a weekend. When it arrived (After countless follow ups) the driver, who was a rude, unprofessional rowdy guy. Came with the pallet and dropped it off on the pavement outside our office, which is based on a busy high street in London.

Please never trust for next day deliveries, My order was placed on Thursday for a Friday Delivery, I called the following Tuesday as still no delivery. 9 calls back and fourth with customer service they tell me that I will have a replacement delivery the following day, I'm overall happy with the customer service at this point until I get a call an hour later saying they cannot fit my delivery window. I am a frequent customer and I will continue to be but I will never recommend buying something from them if you want a stress free and reliable service. This company is without doubt letting itself
