Brytec Ltd was started in 1994 by Brian Walker as an engineering company designed to cater for the needs of the local Food Industry, mainly Cheese and Yoghurt plants and providing bespoke cheese equipment for the industry. We are based near Preston Lancashire in the North West of England, an area renowned for its Milk and Cheese production.
We service all areas of the Dairy industry from bespoke one of machines, to replacement parts manufactured to suit. With our skilled workforce and dedicated fleet of vans we are well placed to not only manufacture new equipment but to also service and maintain machinery that is already installed.

We install and manufacture milk dairies complete with Bottle fillers (plastic and glass) Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, Separators, Labelling lines, Bottle washers, Boilers, Steam lines, Tanks and vessels. We have looked after Pieralisi Milk Separators for many years and in that time have had trouble free production and excellent backup as far as service spares.
We at Brytec have designed and built our own inline filler for 1 liter bottles. Our machine is not fully automated as you have to load the bottles on. This machine can be supplied with cap sorter and placing chute to put the caps on the bottles; a hand held electric cap tightener; and thermal coder.
