As modern day vehicles become ever more complex it is vital to consider how your towbar electrics are installed. Until a few years ago towing electrics would have simply been connected to the rear lights of the car. With more vehicles now being controlled by computer and complex wiring systems, towing electrics are no longer straight-forward.
The fully type approved I-Line range comes with an easily tilted platform for effortless loading and is available in two models providing a robust and versatile solution for car (HC) and plant transportation (HP). The I-Line trailer models have a very generous overall length of 4900mm and two width options of 2000mm or 2300mm, with a maximum gross weight of 3500kg.
The Nugent F-Line is fully type approved and provides a robus and versatile solution for industries that demand constant use. Parabolic suspension is standard on all Nugent Trailers and further enhanced with the Nugent Parabolic Equaliser, this patented addition enhances the towing experience. The F-Line Trailer is available with a maximum gross weight up to 3500kgs and sizes from 2.5 metres to 5.5 metres.

Had detachable towbar fitted alongside a trailer service. The customer service was brilliant, fair prices and just nice people to deal with. Wayne spent time to go through the process to ensure I was fully comfortable with the detachable process. Very hard to find good customer service these days, so couldn't recommend enough! Will definitely be going back

Never have I had such bad service from an owner of a company!
In case anyone is thinking of using Broadland Towbars based in Rackheath... DONT!!!
Had a towbar fitted to my partners car to tow the caravan when we need to take the horse trailer away at the same time.
Used it for first time and they’ve fitted the wrong type which has caused the stabiliser on the Hitchlock to break. Apparently this is our fault for not specifying we wanted an Alco towbar! Surely when told it was to tow a caravan they should have asked the question?? They are the experts yet expect the customer to know the technical

Terrible customer service. I booked fitting for a fixed flange tow bar (£328) making an appointment 3 weeks in advance giving my vehicle details and paying a deposit. When I turned up on the day I was told I was expected tomorrow! I arranged to return the following day and the gentleman repeated that I wanted a swan neck tow bar. I said no, that three weeks ago over the phone I confirmed that I wanted a fixed flange tow bar and he said that would be fine. As I was pulling away from the site the chap behind the counter came out, stopping me and said that they would not be able to supply the product
