I went this place I forgot my card with me we have got three shops I want to buy some thing for my shop she is to rude even she could not speak English I don’t know how come they put her in reception I said ok can I open new account because I live far she said we need to spend £200 for the first then you can never again

I would haven't given it 5 stars, if it weren't for the unprofessional, irrational, waste of time staff. Especially at the tills. It's ridiculous, they aren't even that busy and make you wait ages. Customers have to do all the work. Could be much more popular if they actually trained staff in customer service. Otherwise some decent stuff in here for wholesale.

Things have really changed around here, so I am editing my review. New staff, polite, kind, helpful. Excellent place for all your household wholesale needs. Great prices. And much much better customer service
