Used this company for our wedding, took over two weeks to get back to us after the wedding to tell us two boards where missing from the collection and want to charge us for the missing two.
they didnt collect the stuff from the venue for 2 days after the wedding and expect us to cover things when they couldn't be bothered to get the items in a timely manor.
rude responses via email and picks and choses when they do actually want to respond
avoid this company.

Used 1st Setting for our Wedding Marquee (and supplies). Initially they were very helpful and received good service.
However on the day we received a dirty cake stand, seats pads and linen. This took several attempts to rectify and not once did we receive an apology. (Not what you need when setting up your wedding!!)
Following this, 1st Settings took 3 months to respond to our complaints and when the final correspondence came, it was rude and condescending. To top that off they charged us for dirty seat pad cleaning!!
So disappointing from what was a good start.
