Tully’s are fantastic. Wish I had known about them years ago. I have an old Babylock Evolve that needed a repair. I sent it to a dealer in Southampton earlier this year. They made a right mess of it. I took it to Tully’s and, against all the odds they have managed to get it working again. I’m really grateful to them. I also bought a Brother V5LE from them. Great customer service. I cannot recommend this place enough. Repaired two of my machines to perfection despite a strange defect and then when I ordered something from the website that clearly wasn't going to be restocked any time soon (manufacturer's fault) they called me to offer a suitable and possibly better replacement and went out of their way to have it to me the next day. They are very passionate about what they do.
Edit: I've since had even more fantastic interactions and support in regards to another machine purchased from them, I really cannot recommend them enough.

The sewing machine I inherited from my grandma many years ago was in desperate need of a service. I was able to drop it off and collect it just over a week later, despite being in covid quarantine for a few days before it was touched. It now runs like a dream, and the bobbin pin was replaced, which I wasn't sure would be possible. I was so thankful I was able to get it fixed despite the restrictions. Very safe "click and collect" service.

I was looking for my first sewing machine and was struggling to choose one. messaged Tully's as they seemed to have the best amount of stock that I could find. within an hour, my sewing machine was purchased… and got sent out to me the next day. I also needed accessories and Grant helped me out online in the midst of a middle day to pick some out of the shop before the machine was sent off. Definitely recommend Tully's.
