FIRST time in years I have felt a warm welcoming vibe off all staff in a salon. From the phone call for appointment TO meeting for the first time the talented stylist Emma, who made me feel so relaxed and good in myself, as I was very nervous to have a restyle. I explained how I wanted my hair. Bear in mind THIS WAS the first time in years I have had my hair done, and didn't really know If I was explaining myself properly.

Went for a wax here today and am very disappointed with the results. I was in and out of the salon within 10 mins and once I got home found that patches of hair were left as well as stubble where the waxing had broken the hair rather than pulling it out. I called the salon straight away to tell them that I wasn't happy with the results and I have to back tomorrow to have it done again. I felt like the aim was to get people out the chair as quickly as possible rather than taking the time to check the quality of the service given. Let's hope it's sorted tomorrow as I'm not coming again!

First time been to this hairdressers as been looking for a while to change from old one.
I had Natalie B who looked after me well.
I wanted a nice shiny brown colour and straightened she took her time with me and
Choose a lovely colour.
I am so pleased with colour and the experience
I had today and cannot wait to go back.
Salon busy but still felt calm and having hair washed was so relaxing with a great atmosphere.Spoke to a few customers while there that are very happy with this hairdressers and have been going for long time.
Everyone has commented on how nice my colour and hair looks.

Visited the salon today needing a change. My stylist Claire worked her magic and I’m really pleased with my cut and colour. I have been visiting this salon since I was 18 (more than 30 years ago) and I’m never disappointed. Great welcoming reception staff, highly trained stylists and a generally enjoyable experience.
