Services
Four days a week we offer a two-hour 'Social Bowls' session for those who are new to bowls and want to improve their game or simply want to enjoy the social interaction with other players without having to be part of a league. The Centre boasts eight indoor rinks of world-class standard, after a major refurbishment in 2003 which included the installation of a laser-levelled green as well as glare-free lighting.
The response was good and many joined the Club some of whom were in wheel chairs which are not allowed on the playing surface. However with the help of ScarboroughRotary Cavaliers who raised a significant amount of money special wheel chairs called 'Buggies'were purchased. Founded by Mike Roberts, the current membership of the club is around forty members although it has peaked at over seventy.

Our first try of indoor bowls - excruciatingly difficult, but great fun.

A fun thing to do on a rainy day in Scarborough. Large indoor bowls area good for adults and older children. Good idea to ring and book in advance at busy times eg Saturday morning. We paid £6-50 per person which included hire of shoes and balls.

Brilliant facilities, prices are fantastic. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, the bar/café are well stocked and fairly priced and the entire area inside and out are immaculate. You've given my little boy a great start in Crown Green Bowling, a hobby he is now keen to continue. Thank you for making him feel welcome and for encouraging him.

Came here for breakfast . Long wait , it came , may aswell been a bowl of grease . It was horrible , fatty . The bacon looked like it was about to start squeeling it was that undercooked . The mushrooms were more like pebbles and as for the sausages , they were like gorillas fingers . If id have nocked it off my plate it would have broke my toe . I would highly not recommend coming here .

Nice atmosphere. Good freshly made food. Cheap bar prices . I don't play bowls so can't review the rinks. Very nice afternoon spent when it was raining hard outside.
