Services
Paint your own pottery or create your own craft; it's creative fun for everyone, no matter how old or young you are! If you're painting pottery, choose one of the many, many pieces on display, grab an apron and a paint brush, let your imagination run riot with the wide range of glazes, leave your masterpiece with us for a few days, then collect your glazed work of art and enjoy!
Great for a 'bucket list' pressie, or a crafty get together, Sarah will demonstrate how to throw a pot on the wheel before letting you have a go; you'll get to practice for the rest of the hour and which ever is your best pot, we'll fire for you. Your pot will be kiln fired and will be ready in approximately two - three weeks' time for collection, or you can have them posted out to you for a small additional fee.
If you've been one of our clay courses or have the love of clay from elsewhere and have got the bug, why not book yourself a self guided session and continue making your own ceramics? Included is the use of our tools, rubber stamps, cookie cutters etc. Clay is available for purchase from 15 a 12.5 kg bag.
Join us for pottery painting just for 'grown ups' evening, bring your friends and family and enjoy some creative fun! So, how does it work? Simply book your place by paying the tuition workshop fee of 5, then choose any of the items from the selection Saz provides for the given theme, follow her tutorial (or deviate if you fancy!) and make something marvellous!
Keep your plants and herbs organised by making your own set of labels out of terracotta clay. Sarah will show you how to construct your markers and use alphabet spaghetti (!) and real herbs to label the finished products. Your set of fired markers will be ready for collection within 7-10 days. Price includes all tuition, use of tools, 500g terracotta clay and firing and glazing costs.

Went with my freind and our two five year old in October. Website said we would get a lump of clay and do what we won't but when we got there where told to use cookie cutters. She then proceeded to tell our children which cookie cutters they would like based simply on them being boys. Her instructions were excessive for their age. As we left she told us both she would ring when they were ready. Something we both remember being told. Four months later we get a text "reminder to collect or she would get rid of them. Whole experience was very uncomfortable start to finish. Nothing like the melting

My little girl dropped in to paint a unicorn. She really enjoyed taking the time to paint and decorate her piece. We returned a week later to collect it, after it was beautifully glazed. Saz was patient, helpful and welcoming, her work space is quaint and charming. Highly recommend and would love to go back and do some more pottery.
