I was in the live chat making an enquirie and whoever Thomas is needs to work on his customer service skills the replies he gave were short sweet and abrupt in MY opinion, never even waited for me to make my enquirie and was told "short staffed at the moment" "and the point of my enquirie but there's no staff to fulfil any jobs. I understand MOST business are suffering with short staff but there's no need for abrupt replys, I was actually calling to enquirie about my 10 year old pooch taking his last journey to the vets, HOWEVER I'm so glad THOMAS showed what kind of customer service I could expect
