Hawker Hunter Aviation Ltd (HHA) is a UK Military Aviation Authority (MAA) approved and regulated Defence Contractor Flying Organisation (DCFO) which owns, operates and maintains a multiple-platform fleet of UK military registered fast jets. With over 20 years of operating experience, we have a proven track record of providing turnkey outsourced solutions to Government Agencies and Defence Contractors for the purpose of Trials Support, Aerial Threat Simulation and Mission Support Training.

In an environment where governments and contractors have to balance ever-spiralling defence costs with budgetary constraints, HHA's service offerings provide cost effective and flexible turn-key solutions to ease the task and budgetary pressure on the defence community.
Services
HHA Provides bespoke aerial solutions to governments and defence contractors in the form of platform and service provision for Trials Support and Threat Simulation Activities as well as undertaking Maintenance and Trials Specific Aircraft modification programs.

The ethos behind HHA's service provision are the benchmarks of Performance, Sustainability, Flexibility, Availability and Cost Effectiveness all bounded by independently assessed Safety Management and Quality systems.
Mat has been involved in the ownership, operation and management of former military aircraft since the early 1990's and is the Managing Director of HHA. After university he pursued a management consulting and city-banking career, having worked for ( amongst others) Bain Strategic Consultants, Robert Fleming Investment Bank and Commerzbank.
The Hunter Trainer evolved from the single seat version and is broadly identical other than featuring an extended nose and wider cockpit to accommodate the side-by-side twin seat seating arrangement. Our Hunter Trainer aircraft augment HHA's fleet of single seat variants and can undertake all taskings flown by the single seaters whilst also undertaking aircrew training.
Military Operations are, by definition, an expensive item in any country's budget. In an environment of budget cuts and spiralling procurement costs, there are significant benefits in the use of very capable upgraded legacy platforms in the military support / training arena. Operating a fleet of fast jet military aircraft, HHA offers tailored Contractualised Air Support training services for all areas of the Armed Forces.
HHA aircraft train naval crews against aerial threats by providing realistic simulation of attacking aircraft and anti ship missiles. All our aircraft are capable of creating jamming environments, deploying chaff and/or flares, and employing electronic threat emitters and can operate in any weather, day or night.
