Fylde CNC manufactures products in quantities ranging from low run prototypes to high volume full-scale production of millions of units. We manufacture a wide range of products including items such as exhaust valves, high pressure safety critical hydraulic valves, precision pneumatic parts, pumps, valves, hose fittings, connectors and cartridge valves.
Fylde CNC specialises in supplying in high volume products with on-time deliveries and zero defects. Products are developed using advanced product quality planning (APQP) in order to ensure new projects run smoothly. Production part approval process (PPAP) guarantees confidence in new products and provides full documentation.
The Fylde CNC factory features state-of-the-art precision CNC multi-axis machining cells. Parts are machined in a single process, resulting in a finished component from one machine. We have a broad technical capability, with simple or complex products from 3mm diameter to 65mm diameter capable of being designed for production.
