Exceptionally poor service. The delivery man was rude and angry on arrival, and refused to stay for an extra 6 minutes so that we could barrow out the remaining half a cubic metre. We had ordered 3 cubic metres with the agreement that we would be given 30 minutes to barrow this off, and with an agreement that at that point we could pay for any… extra minutes required. The driver refused to allow us to do this as he said that the office was already closed. He left concrete all the way down the road on his departure, and managed to leave spots of concrete on my car too. We were greatly inconvenienced
