Extremely disappointing service. Kevin Jnr used the acronym lol when discussing an image which we had selected for our dad’s plaque. The image had sentimental meaning and for a company that claim, "We understand the importance of a fitting tribute to a loved one with a sensitivity and respect born from of years of experience". The service we received was far from sensitive or respectful.
