Very Happy with our New Worcester Bosch Gas Boiler installation
From the very prompt response to our enquiry and a very quick reply with a quotation we were very impressed with Richard. As well as being very competitive on price he was also the most informative and understanding contractor that provided a quotation. The work was done on the agreed date within the agreed timescale to our full satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard and minor amendments to the arrangement of the piping were made without complaint or extra cost. Being in the service Industry myself I really appreciated

We initially used this company to service and repair our oil fired boiler. Richard came out to us, performed the service and managed to patch up the boiler. We were already aware that the boiler was old and would need replacing soon, which Richard confirmed. Unfortunately a couple of months later the boiler started to fail again. Richard kindly came back out to try to get it working again so we could get by until we got a new boiler. He managed to get it to limp along for another couple of months until we got a new boiler. Richard installed the new boiler last week.

Richard came to give us a quote. He talked us through what we needed and what would be best for our house. From the start it was clear Richard was professional and someone you can trust. Richard fitted us a new boiler and put in a full 12 hour shift in temperatures of -2. He did an amazing job, was very tidy and kindly cleaned the whole area after he had done. Richard supplied a prompt quotation for the work, turned up to install the boiler on time even though we had snow that day, completed the work on time and the quality of work is very good. Richard did a complete boiler installation for us recently he was able to provide us with a number of detailed quotes prior to choosing the right system for us. Richard was great he was able to install the system in one day instead of the originally planned two days. When the system was installed there was a fault with the boiler itself he called up BOSCH on our behalf and arranged for an engineer to come out. When the problem still wasn't solved by the engineer he came out again himself and found and fixed the problem right away. I would highly recommend MS cookers and boilers!

During a service, Richard found that our old combi boiler (which had been previously looked after by a nationwide company) was unsafe due to a bent burner plate and had to be disconnected. He showed us exactly where the problem was and after discussing the cost of the repair vs a new boiler we opted for a new unit at a price less than the… nationwide installers. Rather than leaving us with heating / hot water for a long period, he rearranged his work and was back the following day to fit the new boiler which was all done to a high standard. We'll recommend him to anyone over the nationwide

Richard was able to make our very old Stanley range cooker work again which, having been without hot water, heating or stove for 10 days, was a relief. His communication about when he was turning up was clear & accurate. once here, Richard did the job without any issue & was pleasant and polite the whole way through. Reasonably priced too. An all round superb service. Thank you.
