Throughout my life I have owned nervous and reactive dogs but it was my current dog, Mylo Anubis who set me on my path to becoming a dog specialist. He was like a wild beast when I rescued him and I was determined to understand and train him. Like many owners, I made mistakes along the way but today Mylo is a much calmer and happy dog and our bond is so strong it amazes me.
Are you scared of letting your dog off-lead? Dogs need a safe, secure setting to run and burn off energy - its great for their mental well-being too! Not exercising enough can lead to behavioural problems in the home as well as obesity and ill health. Is your dog chewing the furniture or barking at people?
We have a variety of classes for your dog to enjoy at Canine Company. We use positive reinforcement methods and focus training techniques to ensure that YOU are the centre of your dogs world. Together you and your dog can brush up that obedience training or have fun with our agility courses. All classes are designed to be fun for your dog and aim to build the bond between owner and dog.
Couldn't ask for a more friendly, trusting dog walking service! My dog Ralph has been walking with Canine Company for nearly a year now and due to my shift pattern they always fit Ralph in! I wouldn't use anybody else! We're so glad we starting using Elise and John's walking service. They take our (sweet but quite mad) terrier, Dilly, out twice a week and she comes back exhausted and so happy.

My dog started to get use to the collar corrections even after we had it turned up the the whole way. If my dog saw a critter he would just run through the fence and take the hit. After several incidents of this they sent a technician to just tell me we needed a stronger collar. I paid $333 for a new collar plus $152 for the visit. After a couple weeks, I realized they never gave me the old collar back. I called and they informed me they still had the collar but would need to charge me $60 more because they charge a fee for keeping the collar, and the new collar would have been over $400 if I kept

We had Michaela Rickmers come today for our 3rd fence training and she was wonderful! Michaela really understands dogs and our pup responded very well to her instructions. We feel so much more confident with our dog having this system, primarily because they really invest in the training to ensure success! We look forward to having Michaela return for continued private training in the future! She is excellent!

We have a very difficult yard--hilly, swampy, and rocky. We were really worried that it wouldn't be possible to install an invisible fence, but Brad did it without a hitch. Brad also helped with training our dog. He knew exactly what he was doing and quickly taught our dog to understand and accept the fence. I highly recommend this company.

We just had our new Invisible Fence installed today. Greg did a fantastic job in helping us with the layout, and with the installation process. He was also great with the training and with explaining to us what we needed to do to help get our dog acclimated to the fence. And he was great with our dog!
I would recommend highly that you use the Canine Company for an Invisible Fence. They walked us thru everything and made the process easy and simple to understand.

Kyle was great. He arrived on time installed the invisible fence. He was so neat about the install you could never tell that he was here. When he first met my dog Apollo he was playing with him and showing him all the love in the world. Once he completed the install, he went over everything with me and answered all my questions. He then started training with Apollo, explaining how to do it as he was demonstrating. Kyle then had me do it to make sure I was doing it correctly. All in all it was a great experience

We had Kyle T from Canine Company come out to install invisible fencing for our two dogs. The service was excellent. Kyle explained what he was going to do, instructed us on how to use the service and gave us our first lesson on training our dogs to use the system. Kyle was patient and knowledgeable and treated our dogs with great kindness. We are looking forward to our next two training sessions with Kyle. This was a great experience. I highly recommend the Canine Company and Kyle T.

Ev the Groomer is the best! I've had other groomers who have done a good job, but didn't remember my dog's name from one visit to another, nor what I wanted done. Ev not only knows his name, she knows him -- his breed, his personality, what cuts work best, how to adjust for the seasons, what problems to look out for... I like that she knows so much about dogs, but especially that she enjoys mine -- and that she connects with me as the owner in giving him great care.

Muffin can enjoy the backyard now. I can leave him out there for as long as he wants without any fear of him getting outside to the neighbor and eventually lose him or him getting hurt. I highly recommend canine company. Jim was always ready to answer all my concerns. Erin was so patient training Muffin. It is a team of pet loving people. They will give you all the support you will need. Very satisfied with the service. I will give them 5 stars.
