Services
We supply an extensive range of foam sheets, all at very low prices. Alternatively for custom sizes and other grades, we can cut to your size here. Due to the nature of foam blocks, dimensions are approximate, with possible variations of up to 2cm each way. Thickness is accurate to 1mm. A light density foam which can be used for headboards as well as general use or for packaging.
Physical properties are measured using test methods described in the BS4443 series and BS EN ISO 845:1995. Complies with the requirements of Schedule 1, Part 1, The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Amended Regulations 1989. We cut convoluted foam sheets (egg crate pattern) to your custom sizes with a thickness of 40mm rise, in charcoal grey colour.
All UK mainland orders are delivered FREE of charge. We aim to cut your foam and dispatch your order within the next working day of receipt. Your order should arrive the following day, except for small items under 5kg in weight that may take an additional 2 to 3 days. Large items over 1.5 metres in length may require an additional working day.

The majority of our foam grades are available to order in sample size. Up to 3 samples for only 4.99 in total with FREE next day delivery (additional 0.90 charge per sample if ordering more than 3). Sample sizes depend on stock availability. It's important to keep your financial information private.

Customer service is terrible.
I ordered two sets of cusions. One was perfect and matched the dimensions ordered. The other was out by an inch on each side. I contacted their customer care to resolve this and was asked to provide picture evidence which I did. I have now been told that the size loss is due to packaging. The cusion has been left out for multiple days to see if it will resize itself and has not.
No genuine appolagy given, no admission of mistake, no replacement offered and no refund given.
Emails back and fofth for days and im no closer to getting the ptoduct i ordered or a refund
