Fiona and the team were fantastic and of the highest calibre as a nanny agency. They took the time to understand our situation and provide nannies that were not only qualified, but whose ethos and personality were aligned to our own. And...to top it off, when we were waiting for our permanent nanny to serve her notice period, Fiona found us the most incredible temporary nanny who not only cared for our little girl but who was able to get her on a feeding and sleeping routine. We are hugely satisfied with our experience and have already recommended Happy Nest to a friend. Five stars!

I couldn't recommend Fiona and the team at Happy Nest highly enough. We needed to find a nanny for our toddler son at very short notice and, although the time was tight I felt that the quality of the candidates offered to us was not compromised. Fiona went above and beyond to help us and we will be forever grateful!
The nanny who we employed was highly skilled and professional, and our son loved her and connected instantly. I felt that this was because Fiona had really listened to our specific concerns and needs and presented suitable candidates, not just whoever they had on their books.

I have been a Nanny for Happy Nest for over 3 years now. I have always found them to be friendly and professional.
They work well with both Families and Nannies to find the perfect working relationship between the two. They have always gone above and beyond any other agency I have worked with in the past. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always there to help when needed. They do far more than place Nannies with Families they offer a wide range of services.
It is my opinion that Happy Nest is by far the best Nanny agency in the North West.

I was struggling to find effective help at home and in desperation turned to Happy Nest. The use of an agency did not particularly appeal, but my reservations were unfounded. Tess and Ella correctly interpreted our needs and rapidly found a superb "family support worker" as we now affectionately refer to Caroline. Children, animals and mum all extremely happy! Use them, they're worth it!

I was looking for very flexible childcare and wasn't at all confident that I would be able to get what I needed. Ella and Tess were very positive and helpful and were able to suggest a number of candidates. When a last minute disaster meant that our chosen candidate pulled out days before I was due to go back to work, Tess was fabulous, reassured me that they had the situation in hand and would sort it out (which they did). We have had our nanny for six months now and couldn't be happier - Ella and Tess completely understood our needs and found the perfect person.

After contacting a few agencies we where desperate to find a reliable babysitter that could look after our 19 months old son during some weekends and also during the labour, as we're expecting another baby (the other agencies weren't able to find anybody that could be contacted without a scheduled booking). That seemed to be impossible until we found Happy Nest. Would like to thank especially Ella for all that she did in a very short time.
