I have used this service twice now and I have no idea how they do it but you would never know there had been a burn in my carpet! Really friendly and quick to respond. Value for money. Brilliant service would highly recommend!

Absolutely fab service, couldn't recommend more! Rabbit chewed a decent hole in the newest carpet of the house. Rang with only a couple of days notice and although booked up, managed to fit me in early morning. On arrival, realised carpet couldn't be re-piled, needed to be patched but with no spare carpet to work with.. I was really stuck. Luckily we have a fitted wardrobe, cut a strip from that and replaced with a new edging board. Carpet patched perfectly, looks as new and even the wardrobe looks better. Very friendly, fun to chat to and really helped me out with this. 5 star from a very happy
