Felt sorry for salesman. Arrived by prior arrangement to view a caravan that had to be brought to site from their storage. They brought wrong caravan up. Gave us complimentary drink while waiting for right one. Then found the details about measurement on their website advert for it which were critical to us were wrong.

Excellent service, we have just bought our second motorhome from White arches and on both occasions the service has been friendly, relaxed and professional.
Colin and the team answered all of our questions about the motohome, part exchange and finance and were really helpful throughout the process.
The aftersales service we have received has also been very good with the one minor issue (related to the puncture repair kit) being resolved immediately.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The service there is terrible. Went in to enquire about buying a caravan and was greeted by what can only be described as the worst customer service I have ever received by a rude man called David.
He spoke over me, he didn't treat me with any respect at all and basically cost the company a sale.
When I walk into a company with a lot of money to spend, I at least expect to talk to someone with knowledge and respect, not someone who will throw his opinion in my face and tell me what I want/need.
Good company, awful front desk service. Took my business elsewhere.

I have purchased 2 caravans from white arches, both times I have received brilliant service. I have dealt with Konrad on both occasions and couldn't fault him, very patient with me and was always professional and friendly. Unfortunately Konrad was unable to complete the hand over on the recent purchase however James stood in and was also professional and helpful.

Just wish I believed what others had shared on here before spending £11000.00 there but was well looked after years ago with my first caravan but what a change.
Couldn't speak to salesperson always too busy when I asked for the work that I wanted doing was last minute and not what I asked for caravan was supposed to have been valeted but when we finally looked was filthy .
They aren't interested in £11000.00 it obviously is bellow there customer care threshold just pick it up and go.
I would never buy from these again and don't believe a thing they put on paper please don't waste your money
