If only there was a zero to score this lot! they are unprofessional and dishonest. Not willing to take on a honest feedback on how poor their service is, they cancel lessons randomly, no clarity on the rota and it's all about the money for this so called CHARITY. Save your money and pay a proper piano tutor or better still learn on YouTube!
