Took machine in today, very friendly, professional staff. Problem sorted within an hour and they gave me a call. It was a very simple problem which they were very honest about and hence only charged £10 for time (extremely fair). I would highly recommend to anyone.

Placed an order for some machine parts on 30/10/18 (470 pounds worth) and was told at that time that delivery would be about 3 days. The delivery arrived today 08/11/18 and only contained half of the parts. I called regarding the delivery and was advised that they only had half the parts in stock when I placed the order and they're were waiting on a delivery for the rest which was due 22/11/18 and I should have it them 3-5 working days later. (Almost a month from placing the order) After asking the gentleman on the phone if he felt it was satisfactory to do this to a customer without advising them
