We are an independent UK shipping agent and freight forwarding company based in Scotland, UK. As forwarding agents, we offer a range of shipping services for Scottish and UK businesses and individuals. We specialise in sea freight, air freight and road freight. We have been active members of BIFA (the governing body for freight forwarders) for many years now and all our trading terms are as per up to date BIFA trading terms.

Our UK and Scottish ships agency service has been honed over the past 80 years and we're extremely confident our 24/7 ships agency service guarantees you can trust us to take care of all the essential port operations for your ship, barge, rig, cargo or cargoes quickly and efficiently. We also provide full ships agency service for all other Scottish ports such as Aberdeen, Invergordon, Montrose, Dundee and Buckie.
We get the right cargo ship or the right cargo for your individual company needs, then act for you in negotiating terms and freight costs. It was my first time importing from China to the U.K. and being new to importing I searched around for many shipping agents that would be able to help me not only bring over my items but also give me knowledge I needed about first time importing.
Callum and the Tward shipping group was amazing, and also the cheapest by far! There was a lot of worry at first but that was soon put to ease as Callum guided me through the step by step process, and always kept me in the loop with what was happening.

We have used T Ward several times for some small and some larger imports from China via air and sea. We had previous experience of using larger courier and forwarding companies but these guys offered a more comprehensive and clear service. Callum and Paul have completely simplified the process for us hence why we continue to use them for all our import and export requirements. Great customer service.
