Had my nails done today first time going there &it definitely won't be the last 😍lovely staff made me feel so welcome & comfortable 🤗 100% very impressed thank you so very much

I went with a friend to get our nails done. I got single colour gels with some gems and my friend got acrylics but they both costed £40? I wasn’t told the gems would make it so much more expensive and wishing I just got acrylics since it costed the same anyway. I asked for red with gold gems but didn’t get to choose what shade of red. They already started painting before I could say if I liked it or not and I realised afterwards that the gems are gold and silver. Also didn’t seal the end of the nails with gel.
My friend got lighting bolts but they are in all kinds of directions and did

My niece came here with 2 of her friends for her 10th birthday.
We called to get an idea of the price they said £8-10 each. They then charged us £50.
A customer was talking to one of the staff members in front of my niece and said “these Pakistanis don’t want to pay for anything and they wear those weird scarves. They should be grateful to have such nice nails”
Absolutely disgusting!! Racist comments in general is bad enough but to make a 10 year old feel uncomfortable because of her religion and her heritage is awful! The customer and the staff worker should be ashamed.

The customer service was poor. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude. Although their work was ok, I will not go back.

All the staff are so nice and polite! They made my first experience getting my nails done at a salon so welcoming and they gave me exactly what I asked for! Would definitely recommend this place for acrylics, gel and nail art!

Great salon amazing staff and so talented and alot of time into nails.

Have been getting my nails done here for 3 years with my step daughter and neither of us have any problems! They stay on, the work is excellent along with the nail art. There isn't too much customer interaction but I am always happy with my nails. Thank you.

Absolutely awful! Unless you want to waste your money and ruin your nails I really don’t recommend. Had my £50 nails on for less than a week and had already snapped off! Have never had this problem with any other nail bar before, my usual £29 nails can last months with no problem. The gems have completely fallen off and the acrylics were even put on wonky. When she used the drill to smooth my nail she cut my skin around my nail and didn’t even apologise Staff were rude, horrible experience, never again
