Absolutely amazing service by mr M Ahmed. On time for my flight to arrive 3 hours early. Very helpful to organise my luggage and hand carry into his big 7 seater. I had 4 big luggage and 4 hand luggage, which was kept perfectly organised.
Even after arriving at the Heathrow, he was very helpful to get trolley and organise the luggage safely and securely.
It was pleasure talking to him during the ride.

We needed to go to central London for a wedding and booked KLC to take us and collect us from a restaurant later that evening. The text messages we were sent by KLC before we were picked up put our minds at rest that we would be picked up on time and we were. We arrived on time at the registry office and later that evening we were picked up on time as promised. The driver was excellent, their service was first class, highly recommended.

We booked a cab the day before, for the next day’s afternoon (you’d think this gives them enough notice to be organized) however the cab arrived 20 minutes late which made us late for our appointment and our entire afternoon.
The driver response was that - as it was a vaccine appointment - staff wouldn’t care (nice for the NHS workers) and that we should skip the 15min waiting period after the vaccine so that we would be less late for our afternoon (very professional). We obviously did not do that as it was not recommended by the hospital’s staff. Once again the driver’s response was

We used them for the first time to take us to Heathrow T5 & booked an excutive car with meet & great on our retun. The driver messaged me that he was on his way and arrived early which was also helpful. He was very smartly dressed & the car was immaculate. We had a very smooth drive to T5. The driver found the nearest place to drop us off & placed our luggage on to the kerb out of the rain. The same drive collected us on our return and had monitored our flight as it was an hour late. I had messaged them of this so that they did not have to wait for a long time. When we landed I had a message from

I called for a cab to take me to a surgery to have my covid injection. As always treated like a queen. I am disabled and find it difficult to walk now. All the deivers for this company are amazing and well priced.

Outgoing flight. Very early morning pick up, around 4.30am, Driver was on time and text me as requested. Very good value considering how early it was.
Return flight. Flight was delayed by 7 hours, I called the office as soon as I knew I would be delayed, they were happy to track the flight (assured me this was no problem). Driver called me as I was walking through passport control, perfect timing.
Fantastic experience on both journeys, good value and very good quality vehicles. Will not hesitate to use again and would recommend 100%. Thank you very much.

My elderly Dad used this company for an executive car to a hospital appointment some distance away. The driver kindly waited some time to bring him back too. Been using Kings Langley cars services over the last year and never had any complaints, cars always have arrived promptly after ordering and delivered me to my destination efficiently and safely tried this company after being ripped of by another local company that I had been using for several years and have been using since. After losing my phone in one of the cars the other week it was returned to me quickly and with great customer service. The driver came to my house to return the phone I offered to pay for the journey the driver refused to take money from me and said he was passing by anyway
