The team arrived when they said they would arrive. They worked very hard and we’re meticulous and even better they left the work area clean and tidy at the end of each working day. Would not hesitate in recommending them and having them back again as they were polite and courteous at all times. Our velux windows look great. 5 star work.

Have been using J & M home improvements for many years, Joe and Martin always do a really good job and leave everything looking really good and tidy. This time we also had Luke to do some plastering and again a lovely job. We will always recommend J & M and already have them returning to do more work for us

Before I recommend J & M Home Improvements to you, I will need to check that you are worthy of the attention of such a professional firm!
J & M showed this professionalism from start to finish: the paperwork, the job itself and cleaning up afterwards were all impeccable - among the best I have seen from any contractor.
You will also need to play your part. Access and storage spaces are important but the critical point is re-fueling J & M! They do not stop for a lunch break but the provision of tea (milk and one sugar) at regular intervals is vital. It does not at all interrupt the flow of work

Absolutely delighted with our new windows fitted by J & M. Their standard of expertise, excellent work ethic, respect and willingness are rare commodities these days. Consideration and kindness were in abundance and in the three days it took to complete the job they proved to be punctual, focussed and never left any mess! I can honestly recommend this company - but do be prepared to make lots of tea! 👍

I can thoroughly recommend Joe and Martin for their hard work, and attitude. They installed two Velux skylights for myself and similar for my two neighbours. Their work was professional and efficient with the minimum of mess, including disposing of the old items. They kept us informed and were polite and courteous. I would absolutely use them again.

J and M Home Improvements did a fantastic job replacing the tiles above our bay window with composite cladding. The finish was better than we could of expected, and we are so pleased with how it looks. With plenty of compliments from our neighbours. Joe and Martin were friendly and polite throughout. And super tidy (which is quite important to us). Thank you guys for the hard work from the Greens and your new friend Molly the Dog. Would absolutely recommend to others and hope to use your company again in the future

Recently had a large Velux window installed in our kitchen. The installation was very professionally done and was explained fully during the process. Joe and Martin were very tidy, cleaning up as the went along. I thoroughly recommend this company for the friendliness, professionalism and excellent workmanship.
