Bodies Fitness Therapy specialises in sports massage and personal training. Looking at the body as a whole through posture, motion, fitness and injury to bring positive physiological and psychological improvements to get your body functioning as naturally as was intended. Personal training is available in your own home, outdoors or gym based at The Sports Hub @ Treviglas.

The purpose of regular maintenance massage is to keep the athlete preforming optimally through injury free training sessions; drawing on thorough anatomical knowledge enables the therapist to focus on possible trouble spots associated with the particular sporting activity.

When included within a rehabilitation programme, massage can help speed the healing process and reduce discomfort during the rehab process, all within the aim of returning the athlete to their pre injury state in the shortest possible time.
A deep tissue treatment combining a number of different techniques, including heat and cold therapy, to target areas of tension and previous trauma. Old injuries, whiplash and general tension are all shown to effectively respond to this type of massage.
