We basically run a two tier system, in as much that we know that a number of our landlord clients want to manage and look after the running of the tenancy themselves, once a suitable tenant has been found.

Absolutely disgusting estate agents rude staff so I was supposed to view a property today travelled 15 miles to go and view it waited waited and waited no emails sent and no phone calls check there website to see the property has been let which I’m pretty annoyed about so I contacted them asking why they didn’t show only to be told I cancelled the viewing appointment complete rubbish total liars stay well clear I feel sorry for all the tenants who are letting through them or buying if this is how they treat people they seriously need to look at themselves your not estate agents your mugs!!
