Thank you Beverley BATA for your helpful and first class service yesterday on rugs and also feed bins and feed. Nothing was too much of a problem for James who went through all the rugs to find exactly what we were looking for. This is my daughters favourite shop as the staff are so helpful and she already has her eye on the Thelwell rug. Thank you for going above and beyond with the item that I am looking to order.

I would100% recommend BATA Beverley when my goat developed mastitis I was beyond myself James was unbelievably helpful more so than my own vet he was very helpful and I now have a goat who is very well and I’m so thankful will always come back if in doubt anyone James is your man!

Wonderful to know we can rely on BATA in a crisis. Great team at the Tickton store, but I’d like to single out James in particular who has been a superstar in keeping customers totally informed of stock levels and working hours/practices both on social media and in person, always polite and professional. He certainly knows his stuff and is a credit to you. Thank you for keeping going and helping to ease our anxiety in these testing times.

BATA Tickton store - fantastic team of staff. Have shopped with them for a long time, very helpful, good advice when needing help with feeds/products etc. James especially ordered in a large amount of rug rails for us when we were struggling to find anywhere that have enough in stock. Would highly recommend 😁

Fantastic Service from the gentleman at TICKTON branch . Really helpful on the phone and we ended up visiting the branch were everyone was very friendly . We bought 4 Tumbrils which were on offer to use as… planters and the quality is excellent...very heavy and well made we are really pleased with them .The delivery was free which was very good and the delivery man was very helpful . A great company to deal with!
