I rang Eddie as I had problem with the front door mortice lock. I had spend few hours trying to open it without any success. Eddie was able to offer advice over the phone and as if by magic I was able to unlock the door with the key. Absolutely brilliant. I would certainly recommend Eddie

Our supurrrr hero! I own a cat sitting company in Portsmouth and unfortunately for the first time in over 5 busy years one my sitters misplaced a customers door key. A series of unfortunate events meant there were no spare keys available, the customer had just had a brand new super duper door installed and they were thousands of miles away on holiday. I called a couple of locksmiths who werent very helpful but Eddie was amazing. He sprung into action and evaluated the lock and the situation straight away. Wow! What a professional service. Eddie made an appointment with me for 1pm, his previous customer had to cancel so he phoned me and asked if it would be convenient to come to me early. He was with me in 15 mins, came in replaced my lock (I had lost the keys and am having a sofa delivered and it will need to come in via my back door) he is pleasant, professional and extremely competitively priced, I told him I had expected to pay about double what I was charged. Would have no hesitation in recommending his services to my friends and family. Thanks great job! 😀
