I was really happy to have found Tokyo TV via a recommendation from a neighbour. We were looking for a tv upgrade after many many years and fixing some existing ceiling speakers… its transformational in terms of how we watch TV and we are also so happy to have music from the ceiling speakers again with a new SONOS amp, I was really grateful for imaginative thinking to help us with that upgrade using some existing kit too. Thanks for frank and honest advice on the equipment purchase... the recommended TV and sound bar are a real boost to the family. We are really happy to recommend.

Absolutely amazing job by Andy and his team, I just cannot recommend them enough.
I purchased a quality Samsung Neo QLED 65 inch television and Samsung's Q800A Soundbar from John Lewis (who I always use as they are a very good retailer and they share their profits with their staff).
I wanted the television and soundbar hung from a swing arm attached to the wall so the television could be turned to be watched from the lounge area and the dining room/home working area of my main room.
As such I purchased the services of John Lewis to hang the TV/soundbar and so they rocked-up but sadly said they

We were having problems with unreliable internet access, devices randomly not being able to connect etc. We had experienced this for a long time without being able to get to the bottom of it. The Tokyo team diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and professionally. Very pleased and happy to recommend!

This is the first time I have had a profe3ssional fitting of a TV, and these guys did a brilliant job. Friendly, efficient and thorough. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. My job was one of their simpler ones, but from their website and instagram they can handle so much more.

I recently moved into a property with a Sonos media system and home network which was installed by Tokyo TV. The previous owner spoke very highly of them, so they were top of my list when I wanted to familiarise myself with it and make some changes. They did not disappoint. Since making initial contact, I've found all the Tokyo TV staff to be both… professional and courteous.
Rather than profiteering, they have provided clear and unbiased help and advice. Sam came to the property to improve my WiFi. I found him extremely knowledgable. He not only improved the broadband speed to peak performance

I inherited a Tokyo TV install with my new house which is a cut above a normal home entertainment system.
The previous owner highly recommended their services and they have definatley not disappointed.
These guys really know their stuff and seem both honest and reliable.
I have no problem paying for good advice and good service, so will be using them for all my home entertainment needs from this point forward.

We used Tokyo TV because they have a great reputation, but they were better than we expected.
They were on time! Quick and professional, which is hard to come by now days!!!
They did a great job and were cleaning as the job was being done!!
All 3 men were friendly and smart 😊
