Every 2 months you receive a postal pack with a bilingual book, 10 worksheets (including a game), a practical project, progress card and stickers. Then you go online to our private members area to access 24 teaching and instructional videos that guide you through each module in French and English. Listen to the story in both languages, sing the song, make the project, complete the worksheets and download vocab sheets, lyrics and extra worksheets.

Services
Our purpose is to encourage children to communicate across borders, and to understand the potential of friendships that can be made across the world. My girls are young adults now, but when they were little I really wanted them to have the gift of speaking other languages, despite my husband, Badger and I both being monolingual.
Let's get outdoors and go for an Autumn walk in the English countryside and learn French at the same time! Leo the dog will lead the way until he inevitably gets into trouble! We will also be learning all about Autumn events such as Harvest Festival, Back to School and Bonfire Night. There is so much going on in Autumn and it's our favourite time of the year!
Our online learning resources are the individual parts that make up our hybrid modules. Each module is based around a book and theme, and develops vocabulary and understanding of that theme. We recommend that you follow one of our courses so that your child benefits from the four ways of learning, but you may want to pick and mix - and choose the items from our range that appeal to you.

My two children always look forward to the Les Puces pack arriving. The activities are great, the stories interesting and the website a great support. It's a really engaging and fun way for little kids to learn a new language. I would definitely recommend it.

As a result of the current pandemic my children have missed having their usual weekly French class at school so we enrolled as a way to compensate for this and it has done that and so much more - every term my children eagerly await their pack in the post and love the range of stories, projects, worksheets and songs which they find engaging, fun and are learning so much from it.
I would recommend Les puces hybrid pack to all those with primary school aged children.

We had a very positive experience with Les Puces. My daughter is 4 and she has not started school yet, so we were not sure if she could fully engage and start an online class. But we felt reassured to see her interest from the first session. The class seems to be very well structured, using different activities and materials for learning while keeping young children’s attention. It’s impressive how much my child has learned in one term. She is speaking about her French class, her project and her teacher all the time.

We signed up for the remote modules during lockdown and have been amazed by the quality and the set up. Each module you receive a unique book in English and French which the module is based upon. They send a pack with a progress sheet (and stars to add once each section is complete which the children love). There is always a project which is more artistic, but the videos to explain what to do are always in french then english, with an emphasis on the children still practicing vocabulary as they are doing the project. There are worksheets to work through, songs to learn, vocabularly videos as well

This is a wonderful way for a child to learn French. The lessons are all about fun. All the activities, songs and books are recorded which helps if you don't speak French. My 5year old loves the songs and listening to the books. Definitely recommend.

I love Les Puces. My children have been learning French with Les Puces for years and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I was looking for French online tutoring when I came across Les Puces. It is much more than a French tutor for my 7 year old son. Les Puces is run by Mandie, who took a thorough assessment of what we hoped to achieve and explained how the course would work for my son. We opted for the 1-2-1 session with online pack. With each "theme" we would receive a fulfilled pack of activities and worksheets which includes: a storybook, 10 work sheets, a special project - this lasts for 6 weeks before a new theme arrives.. My son loves his French lessons and looks forward to them each week! I highly recommend

I recommend 100% Les Puces french lessons. My little girl absolutely loves it .Every day before school she asks me if is today french and if I say no she is very disappointed and says she wants to go french lessons after school. They got beautiful books, half in English and half in French , always exited to bring one of these to home . Also she loves singing and dancing at class and mummy loves good communication between office and parent. Thanks so much Les Puces and I am hoping you will be back again next year at our school.
