My First time using county car and van hire Happy to answer any questions and help out as much as they can but you don’t get that these days. Deborah and Recee were really helpful. Happy with the price also they go the extra mile to help would highly recommend to anybody who rents a car or van off them

Charged for an extra day for know reason at all? Refuse to refund.
Debra area manager was absolutely no help, no reply for a week?
Charged £50 ex vat for a scrape on it inside of a side loader which was absolutely scratched to death, which I found extremely annoying.
I have upload I photo/ video on Google.
I was convinced by Debra as she was nice and polite on the phone to take the rental and turns out it's just an other company trying to squeeze any penny they can from local small businesses.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. PROFESSIONAL. We recently hired a Mercedes C Class for a special occasion through Warrington County Car & Van rental. Jessica from their branch helped us from the being to the end, she replied to our emails almost immediately and made sure everything was ready for us when we collected the car so we simply got to the office and collected the keys. Would highly recommend and look we look forward to using them again in the future .
